Посольство Литовської Республіки в Україні запрошує подавати заявки на виконання проектів щодо розвитку співпраці за концепцією «Відновлення соціального та економічного добробуту постраждалого від військового конфлікту Авдіївського району» (загальний бюджет – до 40000 євро).

The Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid Commission of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania in the protocol No. 14 dated June 8, 2017, took the decision to approve the following projects: 

1. “The major repairs of the ambulance station under address: 3, Molodyozhnaya st., Avdiivka”

Project Implementer: Military-civil administration of Avdiivka, Donetsk region

2. “Melody of Water”  (ensuring constant water and electricity supply of the Avdiivka music school)

Project Implementer: International support community „Way to the dream“

CALL TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECTS OF DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION IN AVDIIVKA

Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania to Ukraine calls to submit applications for the implementation of concept „Restoration of social and economic well-being of conflict-affected Avdiivka district” (total budget –  up to 40 000 EUR).

Financing will be provided for projects that are in lines with the National Development Cooperation Action Plan guidelines, adopted by the Resolution No. 937 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 21st September 2016.

Submitted applications for projects shall conform to the EU, Lithuanian and country, which is partner in the implementation of the project, multilateral and (or) bilateral strategic agreements, and (or) development strategies of the partner country.

Applications for a project shall contain at least one partner in Ukraine. A partner is not obligatory, when the project is being submitted by a subject of Ukraine or by an international organization.

Information on the submission of Project Application, selection procedure, implementation as well as any other project-related information is available in the Description of Procedure for the Implementation of Development Cooperation Activities and Provision of Humanitarian Aid by State and Municipal Institutions and Agencies, approved by Resolution No 129 of the 22 February 2017 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, and the Description of Procedure of the Implementation of the Development Cooperation and Democracy Promotion Programme, established by Order No. V-63 of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania on 21st March 2017.

Lithuanian and foreign legal persons, other organizations, their subdivisions, and natural persons are invited to submit applications for projects, in Lithuanian or English, according to the established forms (Project application and Project estimate), together with required attachments.

After being filled, signed and scanned, applications for projects together with scanned attachments shall be sent by e-mail amb.ua@mfa.lt  or filled and scanned applications for projects together with attachments shall be sent by registered post or delivered to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania at the following address: Embassy of Lithuania in Ukraine, Buslivska 21, 01901 Kyiv.

Applications for projects will be accepted till May 10, 2017 (incl.). The Embassy reserves the right to revise the deadline for the acceptance of applications for projects.
