The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter: MFA) is inviting tenders for the provision of services related to the receipt and control of applications for Schengen visas for the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania to Ukraine. | |

Statement of service requirements |
The services in scope for outsourcing comprise the tasks stated in Article 43 (6) a – f of the EC Regulation No 810/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 establishing a Community Code on (hereinafter: Visa Code). | |

Conditions for participation |
External service provider shall meet the requirements of Article 43 (7) of the Visa Code. | |

Time-limit for receipt of tenders |
Complete tenders must be submitted in 45 days after publication of this invitation to tender in the supplement Informaciniai pranešimai (Information publication) to Legal Gazette Valstybės žinios. | |

Submission requirements |
Tenders must be written in Lithuanian or in English. Complete tenders must have: - Tender letter; - Documentation of fulfilled qualification requirements; - Detailed presentation of the service. Tenders must be submitted by registered mail or delivered personally by the authorized representative of the external service provider. Tenders via telefax or e-mail are not permitted and will not be taken into consideration. | |
