Посольство Литовської Республіки в Україні запрошує подавати заявки проєктів щодо розвитку співпраці на виконання діяльності з Розвитку співпраці та допомоги демократії в Україні на 2026 рік.
The Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Ukraine invites applications for Development Cooperation and Democracy Support project proposals to be implemented in Ukraine in 2026.
Project proposals are invited under the following priority areas:
- Psychological and physical rehabilitation, including prosthetic services, for victims of Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine.
- Strengthening civil society, with a focus on the rule of law, independent media, and countering disinformation.
Maximum grant per project: EUR 50,000
Implementation period: From the signing of the project implementation contract in May 2026 until 1 March 2027.
Project proposals may be submitted in Lithuanian or English by natural and legal persons of the Republic of Lithuania and Ukraine, as well as by other organisations and their subdivisions. Applications should be sent by email to amb.ua@urm.lt no later than 17 April 2026, 14:00 (Ukraine time). Receipt of applications will be confirmed by email.
Important Notes
- Each application must include at least one project partner in Ukraine, along with written confirmation of their consent to cooperate. This requirement does not apply to applicants who are themselves Ukrainian entities or international organisations.
- Project proposals must align with the aims and objectives of the selected project concept, and with the following strategic documents:
- Strategic Guidelines for Lithuania’s International Partnerships for 2026–2030
- Guidelines for Lithuania’s Engagement in Ukraine’s Reconstruction and Recovery 2024–2027
- A financial audit will be a mandatory component of the final financial report.
